Hey Walledlifers! We finally got internet out here! It’s been so long, I hope you didn’t give up on us. This summer is flying by and we haven’t gotten to enjoy it as much as we’d like to. We’ve been painting the exterior of our townhouse in hopes of selling it. No bites yet, but with the paint job and other improvements we are working on, (not to mention finding a better real estate agent) we hope to change that.
We happened to get out a few times since my last blog, when there wasn’t anybody looking.
But our work seems to pick at us and chase us down constantly!
I will be getting my own regular career mail route within the next month! That should help us out a lot. I will miss the sights I see on the other routes but I do know those roads now, so I can still visit them.
The large variety of waterfowl we had in the Spring has dwindled, but some others that arrive with the higher temperatures are becoming abundant.
Mothers are raising their little ones.
Temperatures have actually been lower this July than they were the previous summers. So it’s nice to still see some greenery and flowers later into the season.
We escaped to Duck Haven and Swartz Lake this morning. SShhh! Don’t Tell Anybody!
Until next time! Enjoy Summer for us!
